Recruitment as a Service (RaaS) involves partnering with SoftSearch who will act as or combine with your internal Talent team, we will take care of candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting, on behalf of the organization. SoftSearch leverage advanced AI technology tools, industry expertise, and personalized service to streamline the hiring process, reduce costs, and deliver high-quality candidates. This is paid on a monthly subscription and ideal for large hiring campaigns.

Traditional

The contingent recruitment model is a type of hiring arrangement where organizations engage external recruiters to find candidates for specific job openings on a contingent basis. In simple terms, this means that the recruiters or agencies are only paid if they successfully place a candidate in the desired position. The fee is typically calculated on a % of the candidates first year salary. Ideal for those hard to fill positions.

Consulting

We offer several free services to hiring managers, aiming to provide them with valuable guidance and insights during the recruitment process. These services include free consultative advice, free salary and market insights, providing up-to-date information to make informed decisions on compensation; free interview process overviews and free job description reviews, ensuring accurate and compelling representations of the roles.
